How To Upgrade

Please download software as below and install them in the correct order.
Note you must back up or save your Mobile phone information before upgrading.

    Install ActiveSync 4.5 or Windows Mobile depending on your PC operating system

    Install the Software Updater Driver

  • step3

    Connect your mobile phone to your PC using the Samsung Mobile Cable

  • step4

    Back up your data using ActiveSync

  • step5

    Run the Software Updater, which will guide you through the installation process
