Happy Snaps Promotion Terms and Conditions

Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition / Samsung Lucido and Snappy Snaps photo offer

This Promotion is only open to UK residents over the age of 18. Eligibility to enter is limited to Customers purchasing Promotional packs of a new Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition mobile phone or a Samsung Lucido mobile phone on an 18 month contract with O2 or, if upgrading, a 12 month contract with O2 from an O2 retail or franchise store, from the O2 online shop or through O2 Telesales between 3rd April 2009 and 30th April 2009 inclusive. Any mobile phone purchased or received via upgrade must have been lawfully imported for sale within the European Economic Area.

Purchases are subject to O2 terms and conditions, status and credit checks and payment by direct debit. With each purchase, Customers will receive one voucher only which may be redeemed through Snappy Snaps for:

a) 50 (fifty) x 6" x 4" (152mm x 102mm) photo prints and
b) 1 (one) standard A3 poster printed from an image supplied by the Customer

together referred to as "the Gift". The Gift must be redeemed by 30th June 2009. Further details on redemption may be found in Snappy Snaps stores or at www.snappysnaps.com. Customers redeeming vouchers agree to be bound by Snappy Snaps' terms and conditions relating to this Promotion, details of which can be found at www.snappysnaps.com.

The Promoter reserves the right where necessary to carry out all actions as it deems reasonable to protect itself from fraudulent or invalid claims, including without limitation to require verification of the identity and details of the Customer (including their name, email address and delivery address) and their order of a qualifying mobile phone. The Promoter reserves the right not to authorise redemption of the voucher until such verification is obtained to its satisfaction.

Please note all qualifying mobile phones, vouchers and gifts are subject to availability and only 30,000 vouchers are available under this Promotion. Only one voucher and Gift per Customer.

There is no cash alternative to the Gift or any part of it. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a Gift of equivalent value to the Gift or any part thereof. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or sold on to third parties. Customers who return their mobile phone within 14 days are not eligible to redeem their voucher and will be required to return it with the mobile phone.

Please note all qualifying mobile phones, vouchers and gifts are subject to availability and only 30,000 vouchers are available under this promotion.

Closing date for redemption of the voucher is 30th June 2009, after such date vouchers will cease to be valid.

This Promotion excludes employees (and their families) of Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd, O2 Telefonica UK Ltd, Snappy Snaps Franchises Ltd, Snappy Snaps Franchisees and their agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree for their personal data to be processed, stored and used by the Promoter only in accordance with this Promotion. Personal data held by the Promoter will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy which may be found at www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy. As part of this Promotion, Customers may also be required to provide certain personal data to O2 and/or Snappy Snaps and should refer to their respective privacy policies.

The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its employees or agents out of or in connection with the Promotion except where caused by wilful neglect of the Promoter, its employees or its agents. Nothing in this Clause is deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, its employees or its agents.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms of the Promotion or withdraw it.
