SAMSUNG TOCCO ULTRA EDITION/SAMSUNG LUCIDO AND SNAPPY SNAPS PHOTO OFFER

This promotion is only open to UK residents over the age of 18. It also only applies to customers who purchase a new Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition mobile phone or a Samsung Lucido mobile on an 18 month contract with O2, or if upgrading, a 12 month contract with O2 within the period 3rd April 2009 and 30th April 2009 (inclusive).

It is also available only in respect of promotional boxes of these mobile phones. Purchases must be made either through the O2 Retail and Franchise stores or the O2 Online shop or through O2 Telesales.

Purchases are subject to O2’s applicable terms and conditions as well as O2 status and credit checks and the setting up of a direct debit.

With each purchase a qualifying customer will receive one voucher only. The voucher may be redeemed through Snappy Snaps for:

(i) 50 6" * 4" (152mm * 102mm) photo prints; and

(ii) one standard A3 (up to 12” * 18”) poster which can be printed from a suitable image supplied by the customer

together referred to as ("the Gift").

The Gift must be redeemed by 30 June 2009 at the latest. Further details of how to redeem a voucher may be found at your nearest Snappy Snaps store or at www.snappysnaps.com

Each voucher contains certain conditions imposed by Snappy Snaps in relation to this promotion which form part of these terms and conditions. Customers redeeming under this promotion are also bound by Snappy Snaps terms and conditions relating to this promotion, details of which may be found here www.snappysnaps.com

The mobile phone purchased or received via upgrade must have been lawfully imported for sale within the EEA.

The Promoter reserves the right where necessary to carry out all actions as it deems reasonably necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims, including without limitation to require verification as to the identity and details of the customer and their order of a qualifying mobile phone. The Promoter reserves the right not to authorise redemption of the voucher until such verifications are met to its satisfaction.

Please note all qualifying mobile phones, vouchers and gifts are subject to availability and only 30,000 vouchers are available under this promotion.

Only one voucher and Gift is available per customer.

There is no cash alternative to the Gift or any part of it. The right to redeem the voucher is non transferable and cannot also be redeemed for cash or sold onto third parties.

Consumers who return their mobile phone within 14 days are not eligible to redeem any voucher and will be required to return it with the mobile phone.

Consumers will be required to provide details of their name, email address and delivery address were appropriate as part of the redemption process.

Closing date for redemption of the voucher is June 30th 2009. After this date any unredeemed vouchers will cease to be valid.

Only applications that fully adhere to these terms and conditions are valid.

This promotion excludes employees (and their families) of Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, O2 Telefonica UK Limited, Snappy Snaps Franchises Limited, Snappy Snaps Franchisees and their agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with this promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to offer a gift of equivalent value to the Gift or any part of it.

The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its employees or agents out of or in connection with the Promotion except where caused by wilful neglect of the Promoter, its employees or agents. Nothing in this clause is deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, its employees or agents.

By entering this Promotion, entrants accept that their personal data will be processed by the Promoter. Each entrant's personal data will be stored, processed and used only in association with this Promotion.
